Networked Zoning is the most advanced and easiest to install zoning system in the industry. Honeywell’s EnviraCOM™ communications protocol and patented, new control algorithms optimize HVAC cycles and system efficiency. In addition, EnviraCOM™ provides broad application flexibility and amazing expansion possibilities. Networked Zoning combines a W8835 zone control panel; T8635L thermostats; conventional ZD rectangular, or ARD round dampers; and a C7835 discharge air temperature sensor to make up a communicating system. While the basic system controls two or three zones, it can be expanded to nine zones.

York Talking Thermostat |

The York® Talking Thermostat provides voice feedback informing consumers about various comfort conditions of their home. At the push of a button, the Talking Thermostat will tell the homeowner the indoor temperature and the indoor temperature setting as well as when it's time to change the filter or change the battery. It also provides voice guided instructions how to program the thermostat. In the event there is a comfort concern, simply press the "Help" button and the thermostat will play a pre-recorded customizable message from the dealer advising them their name and number to call for service, providing them a "customer for life". The Talking Thermostat also provides features to inform the homeowner when it's time to call for a planned service check at the end of each peak season and keep the system running longer and healthier, just like changing the oil in your vehicle.
